Dynaloy was founded in 1965. We have grown from a regional provider of electronic cleaning chemistries to an international manufacturer of engineered chemical solutions for multiple industries and applications.

In 1997, Dynaloy changed ownership and joined a dynamic group of operating companies with extensive financial resources and 30 years of successful experience in specialty chemical manufacturing. The change in ownership was accompanied by an aggressive change in operating philosophy. This change in approach has resulted in a renewed commitment to creative product development and unmatched technical support and responsiveness. The years since 1997 have seen exponential growth in Dynaloy sales, facilities, staffing and expertise.

Today, Dynaloy is recognized as a key materials supplier to several critical markets, including the rapidly evolving microelectronics industry. We have direct sales and technical service offices in several countries and are supported by distribution and representation in most other key parts of the world.

We are not resting on our laurels. We recently completed construction on a greatly expanded world-class research and development facility, which we moved into in July 2005. With this facility, we will be able to even better support the current and future demands of our customers.
